Thank you for choosing to spend your time with us. Whether you're here for a short escape or a longer retreat, your presence means a great deal to us. Bohemian Homes is not just a group of holiday houses — it is our heart’s project, lovingly created during one of the world’s most uncertain times.
In the spring of 2020, as the world paused, we built our first cabin — the Buddha Home — and a dream to offer something peaceful and meaningful. Since then, we’ve grown into a small retreat of four unique homes, each designed with care, comfort, and nature in mind.
Over time, we’ve added features to make your stay more special — a wellness area with a Canadian spa and sauna, a natural lake, fire pits, and thoughtful touches in every corner. We hope you feel at ease and at home.
Bohemian Homes is a place for quiet, rest, and reconnection — not parties. We kindly ask you to respect the calm of this place and community, especially after 9 PM. Loud music, gatherings, or extra guests are not allowed, and we appreciate you treating the home with care. Damages may be charged if needed.
It is our dream to make Bohemian Homes a truly special sanctuary where modern comfort meets the wild beauty of Czech nature. Your stay helps us continue this journey — and we’re honored to share it with you.

Buddha Home was the very first cabin in our Bohemian Homes Retreat, completed in Spring 2020. This two-bedroom family house sits just steps from the children’s playground and our outdoor wellness area, making it perfect for families who want to blend fun and relaxation.

Dream House is our largest retreat with three bedrooms and a large living room, built in 2024 with a sleek, modern design and top-tier facilities—perfect for families or groups seeking style and space.

Well-behaved small & medium pets are welcome (fee applies). Keep pets off beds & sofas, supervise at all times, and clean up after them.
Electric vehicle charging is available (Buddha Home parking) by prior notice at an additional cost.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and in wellness areas. You may smoke outside—please use provided ashtrays.
9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Our Minut noise sensors (non-recording) alert us if levels exceed 70 dB. Excessive noise may incur fines or cancellation.

Vladka grew up in this magical corner of Bohemian Switzerland and has explored the world from the Canadian Rockies to Costa Rica, from Australia to Bali and many places in between. Ash’s roots in the Indian Himalayas and years of travelling and living abroad bring a mindful, nature-inspired spirit to everything we do.

The seed was planted when Ash and Vladka met, united by a vision to build soulful homes in nature where people could reconnect, recharge, and feel at home.
The first home—Buddha Home—was completed, a peaceful two-bedroom retreat surrounded by trees and designed for families and spiritual seekers.
In winter, we introduced a wood-fired sauna and jacuzzi, opening up the shared wellness zone for all guests.
We began our reforestation effort—hundreds of trees and plants added each year to enrich the garden and bring forest energy closer to every home.
Our second home, built for couples and solo guests seeking an intimate, cozy retreat in nature.
Our third home joined the retreat—mirroring Buddha Home’s layout but with its own unique vibe and atmosphere.
A swimming lake was added to the shared wellness area—cold dips, summer swims, and serene reflection in nature.
We unveiled our most ambitious build—a spacious three-bedroom home with private jacuzzi, sauna, large terrace and panoramic forest views.
All wood-fired elements in the shared wellness area were upgraded to Canadian electric spa systems and a custom glass-wall sauna.
We added fully private wellness areas to all homes in Bohemian Homes Retreat for elevated luxury and privacy.
We began preparing a new section of our land—a garden-meets-forest sanctuary to welcome alpacas and sheep, introducing a gentle animal experience for guests and children. This Animal Home, opening later in 2025, is part of our vision to bring harmony between humans, animals, and nature.
Continuing our living garden expansion—edible plants, native trees & flowering shrubs to support biodiversity and guest well-being.
In a quiet forest clearing across the creek, we will build a Yoga Hall for retreats, meditation, and healing workshops—inviting soulful gatherings in nature.
We are constantly improving Bohemian Homes to create an unforgettable retreat. Every year, we add new features and thoughtful touches to make your holiday truly special. Na jaře 2020, když se svět zastavil, jsme postavili naši první chatu — Buddha Home — a splnili si sen nabídnout prostor klidu a smysluplnosti. Od té doby jsme se rozrostli v malé útočiště čtyř jedinečných domů, z nichž každý je navržen s péčí, pohodlím a co nejbližším spojením s přírodou.
Postupem času jsme přidali další prvky, aby byl váš pobyt ještě výjimečnější — wellness oblast s kanadským spa a saunou, přírodní jezírko, ohniště a v každém koutě promyšlené detaily. Doufáme, že se budete cítit jako doma a plně si odpočinete.
Bohemian Homes je místo klidu, odpočinku a znovuobjevování — nikoli pro večírky. Prosíme vás o respektování klidu tohoto místa a naší komunity, zejména po 21:00. Hlasitá hudba, shromáždění a nadpočetní hosté nejsou povoleni. Děkujeme, že s domy zacházíte s péčí. V případě škod mohou být účtovány poplatky.
Naším snem je, aby se Bohemian Homes stalo skutečně výjimečným útočištěm, kde se moderní pohodlí setkává s divokou krásou české krajiny. Váš pobyt nám pomáhá pokračovat v této cestě — a jsme poctěni, že ji s vámi můžeme sdílet.

Dream House je náš největší dům s třemi ložnicemi a prostorným obývacím pokojem, postavený v roce 2024 s elegantním moderním designem a špičkovým vybavením – ideální pro rodiny i skupiny.
Objevte kouzlo venkovního wellness – útulné lázně inspirované kanadskou tradicí. Zde je krátké video s návodem, kompletní instrukce najdete ve svém manuálu.
Pomozte nám udržet podlahy čisté a útulné.
Ponechte prosím nábytek a dekorace na svém místě.
Nejste-li si jisti obsluhou krbu či zařízení, rádi poradíme.
Dejte nám vědět, pokud se něco poškodí – postaráme se o opravu.
Malí a střední mazlíčci jsou vítáni (poplatek dle ceníku). Nenechávejte je na nábytku a uklízejte po nich.
Nabíjení elektrovozů (parkoviště Buddha Home) po předchozí domluvě a za příplatek.
Kouření uvnitř a ve wellness je zakázáno. Venku použijte popelníky.
21:00 – 8:00. Naše Minut senzory (bez nahrávání) upozorní při hluku nad 70 dB. Při opakovaném porušování může dojít k sankcím.
20 Kč za dospělou osobu / noc se hradí společně s rezervací.
Kauce se hradí společně s rezervací a vrací se do 3 dnů po odjezdu (po kontrole).
Jsme rodina Arya – Vladka, Ash, naši malí dobrodruzi Mauri & Nico a náš border kolie Benji. Vítáme vás v místě, které je víc než útočiště – je to náš domov a sen, vytvořený s láskou pro váš odpočinek, radost a spojení.
Vladka vyrůstala v této kouzelné části Českého Švýcarska. Ash vyrostl v Indických Himalájích, kde ho příroda formovala k životu v souladu s ní.

Mit der Zeit haben wir vieles ergänzt, um Ihren Aufenthalt noch besonderer zu machen — einen Wellnessbereich mit Canadian Spa und Sauna, einen Naturbadeteich, Feuerstellen und viele liebevolle Details. Wir hoffen, Sie fühlen sich bei uns entspannt und wie zu Hause.
Bohemian Homes ist ein Ort der Ruhe, Erholung und Verbindung — nicht für Partys. Wir bitten Sie freundlich, die Stille dieses Ortes und der Nachbarschaft zu respektieren, besonders nach 21:00 Uhr. Bitte ziehen Sie die Schuhe aus – so bleiben die Böden sauber und gemütlich.
